Meet the Founder
Lisa Lloyd (She/Her)
Hey, I’m Lisa, photographer and creator of Marlock Media & Photography. I spend my days working alongside businesses creating website photography, social media content and digital design. When I’m not working business to business, I’m visiting beautiful locations photographing families, so, I have a pretty nice balance! I’m proud to be a published photographer and I’ve also had the pleasure of exhibiting my work locally at The Commandery, Worcester.
Networking, for me, is invaluable. I am so grateful for the advice and guidance I receive from fellow Women Who, Worcestershire members. Being self-employed can sometimes be daunting and a bit lonely but being part of a network like ours can make all the difference. It’s a real pleasure managing and facilitating a group of such talented women in business.
Meet OUR brand representatives
Natasha McCann (she/her) - Bromsgrove
Hi, I’m Natasha Outsourcing Mentor and founder of Admin Experts Online. I help fiercely independent women in business to get totally organised and confident enough to outsource their admin. I developed a signature programme ‘How to Outsource Your Admin’ which I run in small groups of up to 8 women or as a one to one.
I joined Women Who, Worcestershire in May 2019 and it has been an invaluable support network to me and my business. I admire how Carrie and Lisa run the group, their passion and commitment to women business owners and the community is unshakeable. The group is so supportive, and everyone (in person and online) is always really welcoming. This friendly vibe really helped me build my confidence as a business owner. When I was asked to be brand representative, I jumped at the chance. It’s my absolute pleasure to be part of the team as I can give back by helping to support women on their business journey.
Petra Bland (she/her) - Stourport
Hi, I am Petra and I am a Personal Trainer and Gymnastics Coach. I am passionate about health & fitness and I want to make sure I spread my passion to more people every day. In my free time you will find me outdoors walking with my dogs and my family. I’ve been self- employed for 12 years now and absolutely love it. I feel I have the right balance between my family & work life.
Networking is such a great way to meet likeminded business women in the area. Networking with WWW is an informal way to share ideas, get support and being part of community. I love being self-employed but at times it can feel lonely so these meetings have been amazing opportunity to leave the office, clear my head and chat to other inspiring women.
Helen Yandell (she/her) - PERSHORE
Hi I am Helen Yandell and I am the owner of Helen Yandell Photography. I help businesses become visible with awesome photography to attract their ideal clients – I specialise in Personal Brand, Business brand, Food and Interiors. Professional images, whether for our website, social media or other marketing materials, can really make your business stand out from the crowd. I have been a photographer for over 20 years working in most genres, but now my focus is on helping Worcestershire businesses to stand out.
I spend a lot of time networking and I love the supportive community that Lisa and Carrie have created with WWW. It’s a group that cheers each other on and promotes collaboration over competition. Being a brand rep lets me meet a whole host of amazing women led businesses and I LOVE helping with ideas and suggestions. If anyone is struggling it’s so much easier to see opportunities in other people’s businesses rather than your own and this is where the supportive network created by WWW is so unique.
Kasia Ostler (she/her) - Kidderminster
Hi, I am Kasia, Mortgage & Protection Adviser. I support and guide people in meeting all their mortgage and protection needs across Worcestershire and the UK. I have over 17 years of experience within the UK finance sector and I am passionate about guiding others, especially self-employed business owners, about their mortgage and protection options. I truly believe in treating others the way you want to be treated and personalised and friendly advice suited to each person and their family is my overriding priority.
I joined Women Who, Worcestershire in May 2019 and I have seen this group grow from handful of ladies to its current size and I just love the supportive and kind nature of this community. Everyone is there to cheer one another, offer advice and recommend to others. Since becoming fully self-employed in 2020, both online and face-to-face networking was my way to speak to other likeminded and passionate people. Becoming a brand representative for the WWW Kidderminster allowed me to combine all the best aspects of networking by connecting with and supporting an amazing variety of local female business owners.

what we do
Supporting Local Charities
Women Who, Worcestershire supports local in more ways than one. Each year our members nominate and vote on local charities for us to support and promote for the year ahead. Since 2019 we have had the pleasure of supporting and getting to know the wonderful teams behind Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust, Onside Independent Advocacy, Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven, The DAWN Project and Worcester Foodbank. We host several fundraisers throughout the year, both face to face and online, and each event provides opportunities for our members to advertise, sell and give back to their local community.
In 2023 we will be hosting a summer fundraiser with all proceeds being divided between a number of local charities nominated by members.
Local charities can also approach us for free digital advertising across our social media channels. Email us fundraisingwithwomenwho@gmail.com for details.
