Worcester City Women FC Ltd, administers all women’s teams from aged 16+, and works side by side with the WCFC youth development structure for aged 16 and below, to ensure a transparent pathway for young girls and women. Worcester City Women FC first team play in the West Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Premier Division and our home games are played at Claines Lane, Worcester. The board of Worcester City Women FC consists of Nicole Allison and Mark Howard, both of whom have strong experience in the women’s football industry, in addition to WCFC Chairman Steve Goode.
Since embarking on the journey into fan-ownership, Worcester City FC has endeavoured to engage with all facets of the community. The women’s game presents an enormous opportunity to embrace more women and girls who play and follow football into the Worcester City family. Worcester City Women FC have a clear purpose, vision and strategy to develop women and girls football at the club and in the community.
